Oui, un étudiant en ostéopathie qui suit une formation à  ISOstéo a le statut officiel d'étudiant. Ceci signifie qu'il est couvert par la Sécurité Sociale étudiante, qu'il a accès aux Restaurants Universitaires, aux logements des CROUS.

En revanche, le diplôme d'ostéopathe n'étant pas à  ce jour un diplôme d'Etat, il n'est pas possible de demander l'attribution d'une bourse d'Etat.
